    Ruckle Provincial Park
    Ruckle Provincial Park is located in the southeast corner of Salt Spring Island. THe park totals 486 hectares, and is flanked on the east side by seven kilometers of shoreline. Ruckle is a popular day park, with hiking trails, tidal pools, wildlife viewing, mountain biking, fishing and limited other water sports, but the park also offers camping facilities for those who wish to stay a little longer. Scuba divers frequent the waters surrounding the park in search for octopi, seastars and giant barnacles. Ruckle Park is named after the Ruckle family, who still farm a portion of the land bordering the park . Please respect their private land by staying within the parks boundaries.

    Mount Maxwell Provincial Park
    This park has a number of maintained hiking and walking trails, one of which leads to the summit of Mount Maxwell called Baynes Peak. It is the highest point on Salt Spring Island and those who make the hike will be rewarded with views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Hiro Strait, the San Juan Islands, the Olympic Mountains, Mount Baker, Washington State and mainland British Columbia.

    Located on the southwest shore of Fulford Harbour, this beach is a popular family spot with swimming, picnic tables and a children's playground.

    Mill Farm Regional Park
    Visitors to this 65ha park, which is on the western side of Mount Bruce, can hike the Mount Bruce Trail and be rewarded with views Saanich Inlet, Cowichan Bay and the Southern Gulf Islands. Along the way there may be opportunities to see the various endangered plant and animal species that live in the park.

    Mouat Regional Park
    This park is a short walk from the village of Ganges on Salt Spring Island. There are a number of short hiking trails that wind around the park's streams and ferns. Facilities include picnic tables, toilets and running water. The park also has a Frisbee Golf course.

    Wallace Island Marine Provincial Park
    Wallace Island Marine Provincial Park, is located in beautiful Trincomali Channel between the northern ends of Saltspring Island and Galiano Island. Facilities are limited to an information shelter, water, pit toilets, picnic tables and 18 walk-in campsites at the designated camping areas of Conover Point, Chivers Point and Cabin Bay. Campfires are not permitted. A small dock is available at Conover Cove, as well as an octagonal dinghy dock at Princess Bay. Sheltered anchorage and stern tie rings are available in Conover Cove and Princess Bay.
